In an interview with a Vietnam News Agency reporter in Havana, Ms. Garces said Mr. Lam will promote the exemplary relationship between Cuba and Vietnam and the foreign policy priorities he has outlined will enhance Vietnam's international standing and promote global peace, multilateralism, integration, and development – essential, she said, in a world facing crises and desperate for balance, fairness, and equality.

The ACN Director General praised Vietnam as a model of determination and transparency in the fight against corruption at all levels.
