On Monday, The Nation ran an article titled “Vietnam Unveils Massive Infrastructure Plan to Bolster Economy,” praising Vietnam’s plan to inaugurate and launch 250 major projects in celebration of the August Revolution and National Day.
It emphasized that the plan will stimulate economic growth, help Vietnam reach its 8% GDP growth target this year and transform Vietnam into a high-income country by 2045.
The article voiced confidence that under the leadership of Party General Secretary To Lam, Vietnam will soon rise to become Asia’s new economic tiger.

Meanwhile, the Bangkok Post printed edition highlighted Vietnam’s strong business and investment climate, particularly its high GDP growth potential in the coming years.
In an article on Tuesday titled “Vietnam steps up as a regional leader,” journalist Kavi Chongkittavorn stressed that Vietnam has reinforced strategic peace while embedding itself in global value chains.
“Today, foreign investors - particularly in high-tech and green sectors - see Vietnam as a top destination, buoyed by reforms that stress transparency, efficiency, and governance,” wrote journalist Chongkittavorn.
