This year's event featured the Happy Vietnam exhibition, the digital interactive space, the art photo booth, the happiness prism, the happiness map, the outdoor activities, among others. At the Ly Thai To monument area, there was a tree of happiness, a place to welcome all wishes and dreams. 

“I took part in many activities, first of all taking photos and checking in. We went stamp hunting, which was quite meaningful because we would know the provinces and cities after the merger and also know the cultural values as well as the relics of that province. I also watched the Vietnamese attire parade, learned about the costumes of our people. Many young people donned beautiful traditional costumes,” Mai Tran Duy Hieu, a tourist from Hung Yen province, said.

Through Vietnam Happy Fest, the Organizing Committee hopes to move towards observing the annual "Vietnam Happy Day" as a new cultural hallmark.
