(VOVworld) – The Thai National Council for Peace and Order announced Tuesday a 3-stage plan and assigned Assistant to the Chief of Staff Lieutenant-General Kampanart Ruddith to head the Reconciliation Centre for Reform (RCR).

During the first stage, which has already begun, the Centre will invite representatives of various agencies to form work groups. Each group will set up a data-collection centre, work out an operating plan, and assign areas of responsibility. In the second stage, commencing in early June, all work groups will compile information and opinions from the Thai people to inform an operating plan for RCR's consideration. In the third stage this July, the proposed operating plan will be finalised for implementation.
