The program was attended by Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Head of the Committee's Commission for Information, Education, and Mass Mobilization Trinh Van Quyet as well as Member of the Party Central Committee and Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan.

In his opening remarks, Party Central Committee member and President of the Voice of Vietnam, Do Tien Sy, emphasized that the 14th National Party Congress is a momentous political event and an important milestone on the country's development path. It will open a new era of national rise, for a peaceful, independent, democratic, prosperous, civilized, and happy Vietnam, steadily advancing towards socialism, he added.

“As the key national media agency, the Voice of Vietnam has focused on publicizing the 14th National Party Congress, contributing to shaping public opinion and creating unity in awareness and action throughout the Party, the people, and the armed forces. VOV has also launched emulation movements leading up to the Party Congress with many practical activities, including the art program "With the Party, Unwavering Faith and Love", which is illustrating the nation's historical traditions and connecting cultural values.”

Simultaneously, it contributes to affirming the people's affection and trust in the Party, conveying a powerful message that under any circumstances, the people always maintain their love for their homeland, trust in the Party, and gratitude to great President Ho Chi Minh, according to Mr. Sy.

The program’s cultural and artistic language was used, connecting the depth of tradition with the rhythm of contemporary life.

The program consists of three chapters. Chapter I "The Voice of the Homeland" is a journey back to the roots with lullabies, folk songs, and traditional melodies. Chapter II "The Rhythm of the Era" is a continuation within the space of movement and innovation, reflecting the country's progress during the integration period. Chapter III "The Sacred Red" honors the color red – the symbol of the Party, the Fatherland, and Vietnamese belief.

Special performances featured mashup "In Praise of the Fatherland" written by Hoang Van, "I Am a Young Seed of the Party" written by Mong Lan, "Youth Dedicated to the Party" by Hoang Hong Ngoc, "Vietnam, Spring Has Arrived" by Huy Du, "The Party Flag" by Van An, and "The Party Is My Life" by Nguyen Duc Toan.

The program also showcased outstanding award-winning works, selected from the Contest for Songwriting and Setting New Lyrics to Folk Melodies, and the Poetry Writing Contest "With the Party, Unwavering Faith and Love."

The special art program included meticulously staged works making their public debut at the Ho Guom Theater and have been broadcast on the music channels and digital platforms of the Voice of Vietnam.

During the event, the Voice of Vietnam presented a documentary summarizing the series of programs "Vietnam-An Era of Rise" which have been actively and effectively delivered by VOV affiliates.
