The Party chief emphasized this point while holding a working session with the Party Central Committee's Commission for Policies and Strategies which discussed orientations for drafting two key resolutions to be submitted to the Plenum of the 14th Party Central Committee. One Resolution is on renewing the national development model based on science, technology, innovation and digital transformation and the other is on strategic solutions to achieve double-digit growth in association with the establishment of a new growth model.

He said: "The resolutions must closely reflect and fully institutionalize the Party’s viewpoints and goals outlined in the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress. These resolutions should be regarded as key instruments for the immediate implementation of the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress. We need to ensure strong feasibility, a clear action-oriented approach, and well-defined roadmaps, steps and resources. The resolutions must inspire action, foster unity across the Party and the political system, build social consensus, and ignite the nation’s aspiration to rise through knowledge and creativity."
He underlined that science and technology, innovation and digital transformation must be clearly identified as the primary drivers of the new development and growth models, and as the most fundamental factors for sustaining long-term double-digit growth. At the same time, people must be recognized as the most important resource for national development, at the center, the driving force and the ultimate goal.
He called on the Party Central Committee's Commission for Policies and Strategies to mobilize the intellectual resources of domestic and international experts and scientists to propose true breakthrough solutions, contributing to Vietnam’s sustainable development in the coming period.
