The provinces are among localities severely affected by saltwater intrusion in the Mekong Delta region.

Captain Le Dinh Tien from the Academy’s vessel 936 said: “We have crossed more than 200 nautical miles. It’s our task and also our sentiments towards people in the southwestern region. We are ready to do our utmost for a peaceful life for people”
