According to Head of the Department Hoang Thi Vuong, revenue from tourism over the past three days reached 46 billion VND (2 million USD), an increase of over 7.8 billion VND (340,000 USD) compared to the Christmas holiday 2021.
In addition to the reduced prices of tours, many forms of promotion are implemented in sync with the improvement of the quality of tourism services, contributing to a larger number of visitors to Sapa than before. On average, Sapa welcomes 4-5 thousand tourists every day, especially on weekends, many hotels in the misty town are fully booked.
Sapa, a famous tourist destination of Vietnam, is located in the northwest of the country, 380 km from Hanoi, at an average altitude of 1500m above sea level, and home to various ethnic minority groups.
