Lavrov told a press conference on Wednesday after talks with his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu in Ankara that the Ukrainian side has changed its approach, which was raised by Kyiv itself at the March 29 talks in Istanbul.
He added it has been almost two months since Russia sent Ukraine the draft treaty proposed by Moscow in mid-April, but Russia has not yet received any response.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov emphasized that in order for Russian grain to be supplied to the world market, direct and indirect sanctions against Moscow must be lifted. According to him, restrictive measures in providing insurance prevent Russian grain ships from calling at European ports.
