Moscow does not rule out a meeting between Putin and Zelensky

(VOVWORLD) - A meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky is not ruled out, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Wednesday.

Earlier  Ukraine said that if Russia annexed the Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, and Donbass regions, all bilateral peace talks would be terminated. Moscow believes the people of those regions should decide their own future.
