The event brought together representatives of eight provinces, including Bac Giang, Bac Kan, and Ha Giang, to honor and preserve traditional cultural values while promoting economic and tourism growth. The three-day festival featured live music, a traditional ethnic costumes, and exhibitions of the region’s culture and sports.

Nguyen Dang An, Director of Lang Son province's Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, said, "the festival was a success, with all activities completed as planned. It drew positive feedback and a rise in tourists to Lang Son. Performances by provincial groups highlighted their diverse cultures."

Tuyen Quang province will host the next Culture, Sports, and Tourism Festival of Ethnic Groups in the Northeastern Region in 2027.
