Charitable organizations, philanthropists, and others can compose a Tet-themed message and send it to 1409 via Port 1400 (for a fee of 20,000VND per message, which will go those in need).

The campaign is part of the “Tet of Kindness” movement, organized annually by the Vietnam Red Cross Society, to help those less fortunate enjoy a happier Lunar New Year festival.
