During a meeting on Tuesday in Hanoi with Mr. Park Chang Dal, Special Envoy of the South Korean President, Prime Minister Chinh encouraged collaboration in science and technology and digital transformation, and called on South Korea to support Vietnam in training high-quality human resources in semiconductors, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and management practices.

Special Envoy Park Chang Dal expressed his desire to enhance the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the two countries and hoped that Vietnam would continue to create favorable conditions for South Korean businesses and citizens living, studying, and working in the country.

The same day, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh received Mr. Kim Hyoung-nyon, Vice Chairman of Dunamu Group, and Mr. Lee Eun-hung, Vice Chairman of Hana Group from South Korea.
