At the meetings, Prime Minister Chinh emphasized that a more effective and substantive global partnership, solidarity, and multilateral cooperation are key to tackle today's unprecedented challenges. Sustainable development, response to climate change, emission reduction and energy transition can only be successful through a global approach involving all people, ensuring balance and reasonableness according to development level of countries. The rule of law, UN Charter and international law, and the settlement of all disputes by peaceful means should be implemented with specific commitments.

The Prime Minister made practical and appropriate proposals to promote cooperation in solving common global and regional issues.

Bilaterally, the itinerary jampacked with effective and substantive activities and meetings with leaders and circles of Japan as well as with leaders of other countries and international organizations, contributed to deepening Vietnam’s relationship with its partners.

The talks with Prime Minister Kishida Fumio and leaders of Hiroshima prefecture and associations of Japan enhanced political trust and deepened extensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and Japan, living up to the aspirations and interests of the two peoples.

Prime Minister Chinh also had dozens of bilateral meetings in the spirit of openness, frankness and sincerity with all G7 leaders, guest countries and international organizations to boost bilateral relations and coordination in issues of mutual concern.

Partners praised Vietnam’s role and expressed their willingness to strengthen multi-faceted cooperation with Vietnam, focusing on economic-trade cooperation and addressing emerging problems such as food security, energy security, climate change response, green economy, circular economy, and innovation.
