Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said: “Youth must take the lead in innovation, science and technology, and national digital transformation. Young Vietnamese people should boldly engage in new fields, take on new challenges, step forward, and master emerging fields in science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation, creating breakthrough products, boosting labor productivity, and building high-growth enterprises, including Vietnam’s ‘unicorn’ startups, thereby driving the country’s rapid development. They must also lead in adapting global civilization to the nation while bringing Vietnam’s advanced, culturally rich identity to the world.”
