Prime Minister Chinh chaired 11th meeting of the Central Emulation and Commendation Council in Hanoi on Thursday.

He requested that along with doing a good job of rewarding, it is necessary to spread movements, inspire and motivate the whole nation to be proud and confident in entering the new era.
