To contribute to this process, Prime Minister Chinh proposed two initiatives. First is establishing an Asian Innovation Network, upholding the leading role of WEF and China in connecting research institutes, universities and businesses. Second is building an Asian Innovation Portal - an online platform to effectively and substantially support small and medium-sized enterprises and innovative startups.
Vietnam is ready to join in and hopes that the World Economic Forum, China and other countries will support and work together in realizing these initiatives, the Prime Minister added.
