The visit marked International Children’s Day (June 1) and the beginning of Action Month for Children 2024.
Mr. Chinh said that the Party and State have also listened to, respected, and responded to children’s opinions, striving to guarantee children’s best interests while making relevant decisions.
He urged greater determination, greater effort, more practical actions, and more resources to better care for, educate and protect children.
“Every family should truly be a home filled with love so that children can feel safe and happy. Every school should be a happy home, so that ‘going to school every day is a joy’ and children can learn, practice, interact, grow and develop,” the PM said.
“The whole community and society should act with the highest responsibility. The community should provide a solid support, a place for the children to place their trust, love and confidence in the future,” he noted.
