(VOV) – President Truong Tan Sang today/ on Monday visited the Tan Trao special national historical relic prior to the Lunar new year festival and examined the new rural development there.

Sang asked the locality to mobilize the people’s strength and other resources in new rural development in line with the province’s revolutionary tradition. Mr. Sang: "The most important thing is that the people must master the program. People should know and decide everything. Moreover, this is where President Ho Chi Minh used to live and work in the hardest revolutionary time to gain victory. This should be a model place for this program. A construction work cannot be maintained without people’s mastery".

Earlier, in a visit to Tuyen Quang province, President Sang visited staff and workers of the An Hoa paper joint stock company. He asked the company to continue to develop material resources for stable production and to assure workers’ lives, which also contributes to the new rural development program.
