At the meeting, Prime Minister Chinh said that this is the third time within one year that he has visited and worked in China, where he held talks with the Chinese Premier three times with each subsequent visit and discussion yielding more practical and effective outcomes than the previous one.
The Prime Minister emphasized that developing a stable, sustainable and long-term relationship with China is a consistent policy, an objective requirement, a strategic choice, and a top priority in Vietnam’s foreign policy of independence, self-reliance, and multilateralization and diversification of relations.

Praising the Vietnamese Embassy and representative agencies in China for their efforts and contribution to nurturing relations between the two countries, PM Chinh stressed the need to continue to concretize the high-level agreement, with 287 tasks of deepening the Comprehensive Strategic Cooperative Partnership and promoting the Vietnam-China Community with a Shared Future that carries strategic significance.
He requested the Embassy and representative agencies of Vietnam in China to proactively coordinate and accomplish their assigned functions, tasks and powers, and keep up the efforts to develop Vietnam-China relations stably and sustainably.
