Party regulations high on agenda of 14th Party Central Committee’s second plenum

(VOVWORLD) - The 14th Party Central Committee on Tuesday discussed key regulatory frameworks, including regulations on the implementation of the Party Charter; rules on inspection, supervision, and discipline within the Party; the working regulations of the Party Central Committee’s Inspection Commission for the 14th tenure; and provisions on political and ideological work within the Party.

The same day, participants met in groups to debate the 2026–2030 socio-economic development plan; the national five-year financial plan; the medium-term public investment plan; and the five-year public debt borrowing and repayment plan.

They also discussed a proposal to establish Dong Nai as a centrally governed city, along with reviews of 20 years of implementing Party resolutions on strengthening inspection, supervision, and anti-corruption and anti-waste efforts.
