In his remarks, Party General Secretary To Lam welcomed the ideas and recommendations for enabling Vietnam to join the value chains of major technology corporations, saying they are the practical, timely initiatives which will foster innovation, entrepreneurship, digital transformation, and investment attraction linked with technology transfer.

He urged the Vietnam Innovation Network in the Republic of Korea to enhance its role as a vital bridge between domestic and international innovation ecosystems, strengthening connections between Vietnamese experts, intellectuals, and entrepreneurs in Korea with agencies, organizations, and enterprises in Vietnam.

He called on members of the network to take the lead in driving innovation initiatives, promoting the transfer of knowledge and expertise, and bringing global advances and best practices to Vietnam while fostering solidarity and mutual support, forming a unified bloc that can contribute effectively to the nation’s development.
