Standing Deputy Chief of the Party Central Committee’s Organizational Commission, Nguyen Thanh Binh, said Party building has been well promoted in the previous term: “Personnel preparation for the Party Congress has been linked to personnel work for the People’s Council and People’s Committee election in the 2016 – 2021 term. Officials short of qualifications for Party cell re-election will not hold positions in government, Fatherland Front and social economic mass organizations. More communications on Party building have been carried out during the term.”
