The event was attended by Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee Tran Thanh Man, and leaders of the Party and State. The wreath of the delegation carried the banner "Forever be grateful to Great President Ho Chi Minh."
