National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan hailed the judicial sector for consulting the Party, the National Assembly, and the Government in refining Vietnamese law by 2010 with a vision to 2020. She said the judicial sector has notified and proposed solutions to problems arising from Vietnam’s international integration and the 4^th Industrial Revolution.

The Ministry of Justice has contributed to the issuance of 65 laws, regarding human rights, citizen rights, and civil and economic relations with due attention to a more transparent, open investment and business environment.

Chairwoman Ngan asked the judicial sector to contribute ideas so that the 13th Party Central Committee will issue a resolution on the strategy to build and fine-tune the Vietnamese socialist state governed by law. Its two major points include judicial reforms and Vietnam’s law strategy until 2030 with a vision to 2045.
