According to a report from the Ministry of Public Security, as of Thursday afternoon, 10.7 million citizens had submitted their opinions via the VNeID app. Of 71 million responses 99.95% were in favor.

Chairman Man called on relevant agencies to continue collecting public opinions and disseminating the purpose, significance, scope, and content of the proposed revisions to the 2013 Constitution.

The draft of the revised Constitution should truly reflect the will of the Party and the people before it’s submitted to the National Assembly for approval, he said.
