Party leader To Lam speaks at a meeting of the Secretariat to review the progress of public consultation on the draft amendments and supplements to the 2013 Constitution, Hanoi, May 13, 2025.

He emphasized the need to promote digitalization in the consultation process and called on relevant agencies to ensure the objective and comprehensive collection of public feedback, which will be submitted to the National Assembly for consideration.

It is crucial to strengthen efforts to counter disinformation that may affect the constitutional amendment process, Mr. Lam said, noting that the current public consultation will serve as a valuable lesson for similar activities in the future.

The Party chief also urged the Government and ministries to enhance decentralization and delegation of authority to accelerate the implementation of Resolution 18 on restructuring the political system for greater efficiency.
