At a meeting with the Standing Committee of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee to review the implementation of the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, Chairman Man urged the province to continue effectively implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress.

He emphasized the need to review socio-economic targets, ensure national defense and security, and actively implement the Provincial Plan, focusing on key economic regions, growth drivers, and economic corridors to make the province a significant development hub in the Red River Delta.

He also stressed the need to focus on national target programs and the resolutions of the National Assembly and Government.
