The month-long event aims to promote a movement for the care, education, and protection of children.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga, Deputy Director of the Department of Child Affairs, Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, said: " The Ministry launched the National Action Month for Children in 2024 at the Song Huong Theater in Thua Thien Hue province. There will be a communication campaign to highlight successful models and practices in prioritizing resources and successfully implementing policies for children’s welfare. We will coordinate with other ministries, sectors, and localities to organize a national online conference on children’s work. This will involve forecasting and evaluating children’s issues and proposing appropriate solutions to better implement children's rights."
