The Minister hailed various government policies for supportive industry development. He said:“The Ministry of Industry and Trade has drafted a resolution on supportive industry development, including a review of existing policies in line with integration commitment, FDI attraction for technological transfer and spin-off impact among local businesses.”

The Minister clarified issues relating to electricity management, renewable energy and planning, digital economy and anti-trade fraudulence.
