The tournament concluded on Sunday at the Phu Quoc Marina Complex in An Giang province, where for three days, 2,000 athletes from 60 countries and territories competed in the triathlon’s three stages: a 1.9km swim, a 90km cycling course, and a 21.1km run.

In the men’s category, Mizushima, champion of the 2023 season, secured the overall title, leading both the men’s A-List division and the 18-24 age group. He was followed by Singapore’s Alex Thio and Germany’s Marcel van Oudtshoorn.

In the women’s field, Ling topped the women’s A-List division and the 35-39 age group.

Australia’s Hannah Gibson and Vietnam’s Hanh Nguyen finished second and third.
