Secretary General and Head of the National Assembly Office Bui Van Cuong said that the Vietnamese National Assembly will host the 9th Global Conference of Young Parliamentarians from September 14-17 in Hanoi. It will be an important political event to promote the image of Vietnam and the National Assembly to international friends.

Themed “The role of young people in promoting the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals through digital transformation and innovation,” the discussions will focus on digital transformation, startups and innovation, and cultural diversification for sustainable development.

These are issues of shared concern in the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), parliaments, and young MPs.
