(VOVworld) -  Life in Soul remains as calm as usual despite rising tensions along the inter-Korean border. The shopping and entertainment centers are still packed with locals and foreign visitors. Many people say they are not very worried about the tensions between the two Koreas as this is not the first time they had a conflict and they look forward to an improved situation.
