A Liberian health ministry official said that the country would continue to observe all Ebola preventive protocols and regulations until it had achieved “zero infections.” Sierra Leone, Liberia’s neighbouring country, has yet to open its borders after 20 children at an orphanage in the suburb of Freetown were quarantined due to positive Ebola results.
