Mr. Binh highly appreciated the initial achievements of Lam Dong province in operating the two-level local government and maintaining steady socio-economic development.

Regarding preparations for the Party Congress, he said: "From now until the National Party Congress, there is still plenty of time, so we must continue to uphold the spirit of innovation. The content and action-oriented essence of the documents must be very strong, not just general theory. The goal is when the people read the provincial documents, they can clearly see the path ahead and believe that we can break through, grow, and develop."
