The performance highlighted Quang Ninh’s new journey toward rapid, sustainable, and comprehensive development while inspiring solidarity and confidence in a brighter future.

Ms. Dao Thi Lan of Bai Chay ward, who attended the event, said:  " I’m very excited about the two-tier local government model. I really like the fireworks display. Over the past few days, the atmosphere has been taut with excitement. I hope the new two-tier local government will help the people move forward and ensure a better life for everyone."

Mr. Bui Xuan Tien of Hanoi said: "I fully support the administrative merger. I feel proud and fortunate to witness this transformative moment and see our society continue to grow and develop."
