Esmaeil Baqaei added that restarting Iran's cooperation with the IAEA would need approval from Parliament, just like the law that halted cooperation after the IAEA stayed silent on US and Israeli attacks on Iran’s nuclear sites last June.
Tehran earlier accused the IAEA of falsely reporting on its nuclear program, giving the US and Israel an excuse to attack Iran’s nuclear sites, even though Iran is a member of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT).
