She said the United States must accept that reality has changed since the countries' summits in the past, and no future dialogue would end its nuclear program, state media KCNA reported.
Kim said that any attempt to deny the position of North Korea as a nuclear weapons state will be thoroughly rejected.
Her remarks came days after a White House official told Yonhap News Agency that US President Donald Trump remains open to engagement with North Korea to achieve a "fully denuclearized" North Korea.
Kim earlier issued another statement claiming Pyongyang will not sit down with Seoul for dialogue because of the South Korea-US alliance.
