Mr. Verma read a letter sent to Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh by the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who said he hopes to receive Vietnam’s support for this year’s celebration.
Ambassador Verma said International Yoga Day June 21 is important to both India and Vietnam and will be observed across Vietnam.
