This year's theme "Glory of Dien Bien Phu - Endless Experience" is associated with the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory and offers a great opportunity to explore the tourism potential of Dien Bien and the Northwest region in general.

Cultural and tourism programs in the first months of the National Tourism Year helped raise the number of tourists to Dien Bien in two months to 400,000 with a revenue of 16 million USD.
