Those will receive gifts are people with meritorious services, poor households, the elderly, workers in extremely difficult circumstances, people receiving monthly pension and allowances for loss of working capacity, and outstanding organizations and individuals.

Hanoi’s list of gift recipients and the cost of gifts will remain the same as of 2020. The gift giving to policy beneficiaries will be completed before February 1. Each gift for individual is worth from 13 USD to 65 USD.
