The delegates are from advisory, political, logistic, and technical agencies of Navy Region 2, along with reporters from central and local press agencies. Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Xuan Lai, Deputy Political Commissar of the 167 Brigade from Navy Region 2 praised the performance of soldiers and officers on the DK1 platform. Reviewing the 12-day voyage, which also took mainlanders to Con Dao Island, Mr. Lai said: “Despite harsh conditions on the sea, we managed to deliver gifts and wishes from fellow soldiers nationwide to the officers and soldiers of the DK1 Platform. I think this is a great encouragement to those who are on duty here during the Tet holiday. The mission of the delegation has been completed.”
