Hai Phong's Convention and Performance Center hosts ABAC meetings

The four-day event includes activities to help investors understand Hai Phong’s potential and growth. Nguyen Quang Phuc, head of Hai Phong Party Committee’s Communication, Education and Mass Mobilization Commission, said the meeting is a chance to promote the city’s investment environment, economic potential, and business incentives to Asia-Pacific economies.

He said, "Hai Phong is an appealing destination for investors, thanks to its economic size and the determination and dynamism of its leadership and workforce." This event draws many investors and economists, with practical activities that are designed to support the city's growth and development, he added.

A highlight of ABAC 3 will be an investment promotion conference, themed “Hai Phong – A Strategic Destination in the New Era”, at which the city will issue investment certificates and sign cooperation deals for large-scale projects worth more than 15.6 billion USD.
