Phuong affirmed that from now until the end of the year, the Government will take aggressive measures to achieve the target of disbursement of 95% of public investment capital.
Deputy Minister Phuong stressed the need to speed up the solutions that have been issued by the Government and the Prime Minister, assign localities to urge disbursement of public investment capital, tighten discipline in public investment, and promote the application of information technology to manage public investment in the fastest and most effective way.
He also said that the Public Investment Law is being revised and submitted to the ongoing 8th session of the 15th National Assembly. The Ministry of Planning and Investment will urgently review projects that still face legal problems and report them to the Government and Prime Minister for resolution.
