The EU ambassador said the bilateral trade ties are the most important with currently 5% of foreign investment capital in Russia coming from EU member countries.
He noted that although the EU is developing an energy alliance and keen on various sources of energy, all the acts are not against Moscow or Russian energy giant Gazprom. These are for EU consumers.
