(VOVworld) - A conference focusing on the urgent need to establish groups to handle cyber security problems and maintain safe cyber operations was held in Ho Chi Minh City on Monday.

Titled “Cyber Security Vietnam 2016”, the conference was organized by the Vietnam Centre for Emergency Response Team (VNCERT) of the Ministry of Information and Communications. At the conference, international experts advised Vietnam to pay attention to human resources and upgrade hardware for cyber security.
