At the launching ceremony, 100 fruit trees were planted at the Da Nang Center for the Protection of Victims of Agent Orange and Unfortunate Children in Hoa Nhon Commune, Hoa Vang District.

Vo Van Chuong, Deputy Director of Da Nang Department of Natural Resources and Environment, said: “This activity opens the People's Committee of Da Nang city’s response to the national program of planting one billion trees launched by the Prime Minister. The campaign is contributing to environmental protection and minimizing the extreme factors of climate change.”
