This airport was also ranked 84th in the world's Top 100 Airports for 2025, along with Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi at the 79th place.

This is the second consecutive year Da Nang International Airport has entered the world rankings. This reflects international recognition of the relentless efforts made by the airport, especially in the increasingly competitive landscape among airports in the region and around the globe.

Da Nang International Airport is one of the three busiest international airports in Vietnam, following Noi Bai International Airport and Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City. It serves more than 150 domestic and international flights with approximately 15,000 passengers a day.
