"My children and grandchildren planned to leave for work in other provinces after the Lunar New Year, but I have encouraged them and others to wait until after election day. We must first fulfill our responsibility as citizens," said Lo A Han, a respected man in Bat Xat commune.

As a border commune with 55 villages and more than 18,000 voters, Bat Xat has intensified election outreach through loudspeaker systems and social media platforms, replacing the previous door-to-door approach. Nguyen Kieu Phuong, Secretary of the Bat Xat Commune Party Committee, emphasized the importance of coordinated mobilization efforts.

"We are promoting the role of the Fatherland Front, mass organizations, and reputable community figures in mobilizing members and residents to participate in the election fully and on time. Voters’ feedback is promptly reported to the commune’s Election Committee," said Phuong.
