(VOVworld) - Ba Ria – Vung Tau authorities and the government of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia, have signed agreements and an action plan, which serves as a foundation for future bilateral cooperation.

The documents were signed by Prime Minister Rustem Mardanov and Chairman of the Ba Ria–Vung Tau People’s Committee Nguyen Van Trinh on Thursday. Mr. Mardanov said Bashkortostan’s economy is strong in agriculture, tourism, education, and oil and gas, which is similar to the economy of Ba Ria-Vung Tau, creating a solid basis for cooperation.
